• Our normal lead time is 5 -7 working days to handcraft your redwood product. And 3- 5 working days to deliver your item using the best possible shipping company. Plan ahead with confidence knowing your delivery will arrive on schedule.
• Other shipping methods are depending of the item packaging dimensions. For example a chaise lounge will ship in a cardboard box via UPS or FedEx Home Delivery. But for larger items like Pergolas, they ship in a wooden crate for protection and via LTL carriers, like CEVA logistics, ESTES shipping lines, Reddaway, among others.
