Best Redwood now offers discounted shipping within the continental United States on over all our items online. This great value for our online shoppers means it's easier than ever to start upgrading your home patio project you've wanted to get to.

Our normal lead time is 2-3 weeks for production & free standard delivery time on all our items. So plan ahead with confidence knowing your delivery will arrive on schedule.
If you are in a rush and need expedited service, contact us before your purchase and let us work on offering you the best shipping time possible for an extra cost.

Discounted standard shipping and residential delivery on most orders over $45 made at best-redwood.com. Some exclusions apply.

Our standard online products are divided in two categories of shipping items: Small Parcel and Freight LTL shipping items.

Small Parcel shipping

For Small parcel items like: chaise lounges, side tables, privacy screens, etc. We will send your items via FedEx Home Delivery or UPS Ground.

LTL shipping

Items like: Pergolas, Outdoor tables, and larger items are crated. We use LTL shipping with various freight companies on basic ground service. Note: This does not include white glove service. If you are looking for white glove service please contact us, so we can work on getting you a quote for that extra service.
